Griz.jpg
Sometimes pet owners realize they aren’t able to provide their pet with the proper care they deserve. When that happens and they make the difficult choice to surrender their pet to somebody with better resources, the Arizona Humane Society (AHS) will often step in and lend a hand. That is how this Domestic Shorthair by the name of Griz ended up in our care. A bit overweight upon intake, we are doing what we can to get Griz down to a healthier size. At 12-years-old, Griz is currently the oldest feline we have in our care at AHS, but with age comes wisdom and experience, and Griz has both in spades. A charmer in both her looks and personality, we recommend bringing the entire family to meet Griz in person to be sure everybody thinks she’d be the perfect addition to their home. We think once meeting her in person you’ll see quickly that Griz really would make the purr-fect new family member. Come visit her today at the PetSmart at Mesa!
