Healthcare reform is back in the national spotlight. A vote is expected Thursday on a plan to repeal the Affordable Care Act.

Members of Planned Parenthood and Progressive Democrats of America are holding a rally at the Arizona State Capitol.

Organizers are trying to rally local voices in hopes that Congress will kill the healthcare repeal bill.

The bill is set to go up to a vote in Washington Thursday.

Republican leaders say they do have the votes to get this one passed in the House. But the margin is described as "razor thin."

This latest bill would allow states to charge different rates for healthy and sick patients. It also includes Medicaid cuts for lower incomes and drops fines for those who opt out of coverage.

It would also protect those living with preexisting conditions.

This rally against repealing Obamacare is scheduled to start at 11 am.
