Officials have arrested a 17-year-old for a Yavapai County murder.
The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were called to the 4000 block of E. Airport Drive in Rimrock on Friday night for a report of a 25-year-old man who was shot.
According to YCSO, the victim died at the scene. Detectives believe the victim may have been targeted.
Officials said the 17-year-old originally ran from the scene but has since been arrested.
The name of the victim has not been released.
