A 22-year-old worker who was struck while moving barricades of a Scottsdale freeway has died of his injuries.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety says Jarvis Crenshaw of Laveen was moving barricades in the Loop 101 freeway when he was struck early Monday morning.
The DPS says the driver remained at the scene and that the investigation into the accident continues.
