Detectives are asking for the public’s help in finding possible additional victims related to crimes committed by a man in Scottsdale.

According to Scottsdale police, 19-year-old Shea Dylan Butler Myers contacted a 13-year-old boy online, and they agreed to meet in person.

Myers met the boy on Dec. 14 and illegal sexual acts took place, police said.

The boy’s mother found out about the relationship and called the Scottsdale Police Department.

Myers was then arrested and confessed to the crimes, police said.

He also reportedly told detectives during the investigation that he was involved in similar crimes with other boys in the past.
