Two people have been taken into custody after officers surrounded their vehicle in Scottsdale.
The scene unfolded near Hayden and Thomas roads on Thursday morning.
Video shows several officers with their guns drawn before approaching the suspects.
Sara Gastineau, 27, and Thomas Kruger, 29, were taken into custody for auto theft.
No other information is known.
