A consistent talking point of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is that he's financially backing his own campaign.
He repeated the claim at his rally in Fountain Hills Saturday.
"I'm self-funding my campaign, I'm putting up my own money," Trump said.
PolitiFact truth-checked this statement when he said the same thing during a rally in Iowa last month.
According to the Center for Responsive Politics, which analyzed Trump's Federal Election Commission filings, 70 percent, or more than $17.7 million, of Trump's campaign cash is self-financed.
But, most of that money is through loans, which Trump could recoup.
Moreover, nearly 30 percent of Trump's campaign funds, almost $7.5 million, have come through individual donations.
Trump still has a "donate" button on his website too.
PolitiFact rated this claim half true.
