WICKENBURG, AZ — A second person has since died following a multi-vehicle crash on U.S. 93 near Wickenburg, causing a closure, Monday morning.
At about 4:30 a.m., a crash involving a pickup truck and two commercial vehicles was reported at milepost 183 between Wickenburg and Congress, AZ.
On Monday afternoon, officials confirmed two people died in the crash.

Lanes in both directions were shut down as an investigation into the cause of the crash is underway. As of Monday afternoon, the southbound lanes had reopened, but the northbound lanes remained closed.
