Sierra Vista police say they are investigating another child molestation incident involving former Douglas Border Patrol agent Jeremy Michael Cole, who was convicted of similar charges Wednesday in Maricopa County Superior Court.
A Maricopa County Superior Court judge rendered the verdict Monday. Cole had made a plea deal.
Cole was arrested in March on charges involving a 5-year-old girl in the Phoenix area.
Sierra Vista police would not reveal information about the date of the crime or victim.
