Two men arrested this week are accused of trying to smuggle in cocaine, heroin and methamphetamine into Arizona.
According to Customs and Border Protection, officers found 25 pounds of meth--worth $76,000--in a man's vehicle on Tuesday. Francisco Nevares-Huerta, 73, was arrested.
That same day, officers found over 13 pounds of cocaine, over 12 pounds of meth and two pounds of heroin in Jose Humberto Villa's vehicle. The 19-year-old from Rio Rico, Ariz. was arrested. The hull was valued at $207,000.
All drugs and both vehicles were seized and the suspects were turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations.
