How often have you tried to quickly look for something on your phone, and can't pull it up? Your signal is weak, or maybe you hit a dead zone.
It's something you want to know *before* buying an expensive plan.
Recently, we were with Tony Hoffman and Angela Moscaritolo of pcmag.com.
They were in the Valley testing ATT, Verizon, T-Mobile and Sprint for speed and reliability. It's part of a yearly nationwide test.
The testers pick more than a dozen locations throughout the Valley. They then test upload, download and ping speeds for at least 15 minutes at each site.
Already, the testers say they found one carrier with a dead zone.
Last year, Verizon came in first in the Valley and Sprint finished last. This year's results will be released in June at pcmag.com.
Do you have any problems with your phones reliability?
Hit any dead zones? Where are they?
Let me know.
