What makes you happy? Is it a cool sunny day in the desert? Time with family? Eating something you know you shouldn't?
Normally, I'm writing about scams and meet a lot of unhappy people that are put in bad situations. However, there's an app from trackyourhappiness.org that got me thinking about that big question.
It allows you to find out when you are the happiest throughout your days by asking questions at certain times. Then it compiles the information.
It's also part of a bigger Harvard research study about happiness. It's free and from what I can see, you only give up your email address.
But check their privacy policy before joining.
