If you've been overbilled for some service, you know how difficult it can be to get the problem resolved.
One Arizona man says he tried repeatedly to get a refund.
Chuck Arnone says he was doubled-billed for about two years. Chuck hired the company Protection One Security Solutions to protect his business.
But he says when he moved and transferred service, he kept getting billed for his old address as well.
Finally, Chuck let me know. And the Let Joe Know/Better Business Bureau volunteer team took over.
George took on the case. He worked with the business now owned by ADT Home Security Systems.
George got hold of the right people. Chuck was able to get his account cleared.
And ADT sent him a check for $2,600!
An ADT spokesperson says ADT is "pleased it could resolve Mr. Arnone's issue and we appreciate abc15 for bringing this matter to our attention."
Thanks to ADT for admitting a concern, and solving the problem.
