Whether it's a thousand bucks, or just 50, if you spent it, you want what you bought.

But some customers of soldiercreed.com say they weren't getting deliveries.

Two of them let me know and one of the orders went back to July.

The Better Business Bureau says it had 28 complaints and most had the same non-delivery issues.

I found the business in the West Valley and made a visit.

Owner Gabriel Tiscareno says his business is behind, but only two weeks.

He blames some issues on the postal service not delivering.

Tiscareno says it's just he and his wife and they've done nothing intentionally wrong.

He vowed to take care of orders.

And in the two cases I brought him, he did refund their money.

Before you deal with any business you don't know, check their reputations online.
