Well, one candy maker has been sued for "empty space."

The class-action lawsuit alleges the maker of Cookie Dough Bites, Cinnamon Bun Bites, and many other candies used oversized boxes.

The settlement means if you bought them between January 1, 2013, and June 18, 2018, you could get back up to $12.50 per household.

The deadline to file a claim is 12/13/2018.

The company denies any wrongdoing.

The company admits its database was hacked and customer financial information could have been exposed.

It happened between August 2016 and February 2017.
