The lawsuit alleged that from 1999 through 2014, the companies were involved with invalid or illegal insurance benefits or coverage. If you had a plan, you could share in the $15 million settlement.

The companies claimed no wrongdoing.

And if you owned or leased a Toyota Tacoma, Tundra or Sequoia, have you had a rust issue?

A class action suit claims certain model year frames do not have adequate rust protection and can corrode prematurely.

The settlement offers an inspection and fix or reimbursement if you've already had the rust issue repaired.

Toyota claims no wrongdoing.

The deadline to file is June 26, 2017.
