An armed woman who threatened people at her apartment complex pool had a shot fired in her general direction.
Police report that around 10:30 p.m. on July 16 a woman got into a dispute at the Marble Creek Apartments pool.
The woman, identified as 27-year-old Stephanie Alexis Middleton, pointed a shotgun at two people near 56th Avenue and McDowell Road.
One of the people was armed with a handgun and fired at her. No one was hit.
Middleton was later arrested by police and has been charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon.
