A woman is facing assault charges after throwing a meat cleaver at a west Phoenix homeowner, according to police.

Phoenix police report that on November 19, 28-year-old Laura Isela Guillen was going over the rear wall of a home near 83rd Avenue and Camelback Road when she was confronted by the homeowner.
