A west Phoenix 17-year-old has been arrested after reportedly live-streaming sex acts with his 12-year-old cousin.
Phoenix Police report that on June 4 they received a cyber tip alerting them to a live video posted on 'Periscope.' The live video allegedly showed a 12-year-old boy performing sex acts on an adult male.
Police tracked the internet address to a home near 75th Avenue and Indian School Road where they located and interviewed the victim. The 12-year-old, who is the suspect's cousin, told police that the suspect recorded the acts.
The suspect reportedly admitted to police that he had the victim perform sex acts on him while he live-streamed the video to video-sharing platform. He also allegedly admitted he has been conducting sex acts with the victim since 2014.
Police say they found numerous videos on the suspect’s phone depicting young girls sexually exposing themselves. The suspect said he met the girls through social media and convinced them to send the videos, while he sent sexually explicit videos of himself.
The suspect has been charged in juvenile court with several counts of sexual conduct with a minor.
