Phoenix police arrested a man this week who was allegedly using the internet to find underage girls to have sex with.

What 26-year-old Michael Carl Fisher did not know is that he was communicating with an undercover police officer posing as a 14-year-old girl.

According to court documents, on March 8 Fisher logged on to the internet to look for girls to have sex with. He began to talk with the officer, who was posing at a young girl, and the two discussed the possibility of having sex.

Police said in their report that the next day, Fisher arranged and agreed to meet the "girl." He allegedly took a two-hour bus ride from his home near 47th Avenue and McDowell Road to 12th Street and Bell Road to meet up with the girl.

He made it to the location, but instead of finding a young girl, he found police officers who arrested him.

Fisher is charged with aggravated luring for sexual exploitation and is being held without bond as police believe is a danger to children.
