A Mesa man is arrested after exposing his pierced penis to a pizza delivery driver.

Mesa police report that on March 25 a pizza delivery driver was making a delivery to an apartment near Southern Avenue and Dobson Road. The driver told police that he looked down to get a pen and when he looked up again he saw 29-year-old Robert Adrian Bustamonte holding his pierced penis in his hand.

The victim also reported to police that Bustamonte grabbed him in the crotch, holding him there until he showed Bustamonte a knife and threatened to stab him.

Police interviewed Bustamonte, who admitted drinking more than five shots of vodka, about the incident. Bustamonte allegedly told police that he did grab the driver but, "claimed that he had been gentle." Police say Bustamonte was "impulsive and interested in showing the officers his pedicure and his social media videos."

He also reportedly admitted to exposing himself to the victim, "because he was excited about having gotten it pierced."

Bustamonte has been charged with sexual abuse, assault, and indecent exposure.
