A man is accused of using rocks to break the windows of Glendale police officers' cruisers.

Court records show on Jan 17, 18 and 26 a man was using rocks to break the windows of police cars at their station near 59th and Glendale avenues.

Police have arrested Emilio Manzo, 28, in connection to the incidents and accused him of causing $1,800 in damages.

Police say Manzo returned again on Jan. 31. This time, he was spotted inside the restricted police garage with a rock in his hand. When he was confronted by police, he dropped the rock and reportedly pulled out a knife with a six-inch blade. Officers drew their weapons and Manzo was taken into custody.

Upon his arrest, Manzo allegedly made comments saying that he intended to continue to damage city property in the future.

Manzo has been charged with aggravated assault and criminal damage.
