A Phoenix man is arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting an underage teenage girl after getting her drunk.
Court records show that a 32-year-old man and a male acquaintance of the victim gathered several teens for a party, then reportedly sexually assaulted one of the girls who is 15 years old.
Police say that on April 9, a 15-year-old girl went with an acquaintance to a party. The acquaintance was also the friend of 32-year-old Hernan Valdez-Ordonez who drove them to the "party."
Alcohol was purchased and consumed on the way. The female victim began vomiting and passed out. Police say Ordonez brought the victim to his home near 35th Avenue and Washington Street and she woke up to being sexually assaulted by Ordonez.
Police say the girl managed to get outside of the home and find her friends, telling them she had been assaulted.
The suspect reportedly told police that he thought the victim was 20-years-old saying that he helped her after she threw up several times from the alcohol.
Ordonez also allegedly told police that she later kissed him and demanded sex from him.
Ordonez is now being held without bond and is facing a charge of sexual assault.
