A man has been arrested after he exposed himself to a mom and her child, according to police.

Court records show that on October 17, 47-year-old Gary Johnson exposed himself and waved at a woman and her preteen daughter, then yelled racial slurs at officers during his arrest.

Police report that Johnson approached the victim's vehicle in the area of 11th Avenue and Buckeye Road. He then allegedly pulled down his shorts, exposing himself to the women and her daughter.

Johnson had escaped by the time police arrived, but the following day the victim spotted Johnson near 16th Avenue and Grant Street and called police, who located him.

Police say Johnson tried to walk away but was grabbed by an officer. During the struggle, witnesses say Johnson called the officers, "white devils," and threatened to "kill the white officers, even asking them how many bullets they wanted."

Johnson has been charged with aggravated assault and indecent exposure.
