A Valley woman is accused of stealing $1,000 worth of power tools from a Phoenix synagogue.
Police say 44-year-old Amy Lee Johnson stole the tools from a classroom at the Chabad of Arizona Synagogue near 22nd Street and Lincoln Drive.
Police say Johnson entered the classroom about 11 p.m. on August 17 and allegedly took two drills, a cordless saw, and a torch.
After her arrest, Johnson reportedly admitted to taking the items.
She was charged with burglary.
