A home health care worker is accused of stealing a Russian Nesting Doll from a Scottsdale couple in their 90s.

Scottsdale police report that on October 17, they arrested 38-year-old Brandi Elizabeth Lamb. They say since January, Lamb has been working as a home health care worker for a couple in their 90s, living in Scottsdale.

When items were missing in the home, police searched Lamb's social media pages and found an advertisement for Russian Nesting Dolls, belonging to the victims.

Police say the pictures used in the ad were even taken in the victim’s home. Investigators were able to track down the buyer of the dolls and retrieve them for the victims. The buyer reportedly assisted police in identifying Lamb, as the person who sold them the dolls.

Lamb has been charged with theft and trafficking in stolen property.
