PHOENIX — A McDonald’s employee accused of groping a co-worker is found to have fake identification.

Phoenix police report that Wednesday morning an 18-year-old woman, who works at the McDonald’s near 21st Avenue and Deer Valley Road, was standing outside when a co-worker approached her.

The co-worker, 51-year-old Eloy Rosas Martinez, reportedly came from behind, kissed her neck and groped her breasts.

The unwanted attention was caught on the restaurant's surveillance video system, police say.

Police researched the employment information given to McDonald’s and found it to be fraudulent, court documents report.

Martinez was located and arrested the next day.

Police say a fake Arizona ID and Social security card with the name Jesus Velasquez, was found in his front pocket. Police also found a valid pictured Mexican Voter Registration Card with his actual name and date of birth.

According to court records, a fingerprint scan from Martinez revealed an outstanding warrant for a 2007 DUI.

Martinez was arrested for forgery and sexual abuse.
