PHOENIX — A naked trespasser wearing handcuffs was found in the kitchen of a woman's home in Phoenix.

Phoenix police report that on October 29, around 3 a.m., a woman was notified by co-workers that they were getting e-mails from the victim's personal computer at her home near 7th Avenue and Van Buren Street. The woman was not home at the time the e-mails were sent.

Police say the victim logged in remotely and verified that someone was sending e-mails from her personal computer.

When the woman met police at her home, she reportedly saw a blanket covering a window that was not there before.

She gave officers the key to her home so they could enter. When they did, they allegedly saw Alberto Vasquez Garcia, 25, naked in the kitchen. Police say he was wearing "novelty handcuffs." Police also found the woman's underwear strewn throughout the home.

Police believe Garcia entered through the window.

He has been charged with criminal trespassing.
