PEORIA, AZ — Two underage teenage girls were choked and raped in a Peoria home, police say.
On Monday, Peoria police responded to a home after an underage girl called to say she had been raped and her friend was still inside the house with the suspect.
Police reportedly found a 15-year-old girl in the home, near 83rd and Peoria avenues, with the suspect, 26-year-old Izaac Alan Valtierra.
Valtierra picked up the girls and discussed their ages while going to his home where they consumed alcohol, police say.
He allegedly offered the girls $200 each for sex and later bought them $80 worth of makeup. Valtierra reportedly put his hands around their necks and choked them during sex acts.
Upon his arrest, Valtierra admitted to knowing the age of the 15-year-old girl but said he thought the other victim was 18, according to police.
He also denied choking the girls, saying he "rubbed their necks" during sex, court records show.
He later reportedly told investigators that he committed "evil acts of sin" against them.
Prosecutors said during an initial court appearance that they are concerned there may be other victims.
Valtierra is being held on a $100,000 bond for aggravated assault, child sex trafficking, and sexual conduct with a minor.
