A Chandler man left his 4-year-old son home alone while he met an undercover officer, posing as a 15-year-old, for sex.
Court records show that on November 8, a Chandler man left his child home when to meet a "15-year-old" for sex.
Chandler police report that 30-year-old Joseph Adam Foster was communicating via social media and texts with "Kayla" a Chandler police officer posing as a 15-year-old girl.
During these conversations, Foster indicated that he wanted to be "Kayla's" sugar daddy and would pay her $600 a week in exchange for sex.
On November 8 they set up a meeting around 2:45 p.m., near Dobson and Germann roads. Foster was arrested and immediately told police that his 4-year-old son was home alone. Police contacted Foster's wife and went to his home until she arrived.
Foster has been charged with child prostitution and child abuse.
