A Valley man was caught exchanging sexual photos with an underage autistic girl.
Chandler police report that Thursday morning, 32-year-old Joseph Edward Hora was located and arrested in Winslow, Arizona.
Police say the victim's mother noticed her daughter chatting with Hora via Facebook. She saw that their chats were becoming increasingly sexual.
Hora allegedly requested nude pictures of the girl and sent nude pictures of himself to her. Police say she told Hora that she was a minor attending a special-needs school.
In one chat session, Hora reportedly asked the girl, "How she would like to be touched sexually."
Police verified the chat exchanges and linked the conversation to Hora, who is a registered sex offender living in Chandler.
Police say Hora was court-martial from the U.S. Navy after being convicted in military court for indecent communication with a minor and lewd acts with a minor.
Police tracked Hora to a hotel in Colorado and captured him in Winslow.
He's being held on a $100,000 cash bond on several sexually related charges including sexual exploitation of a minor.
