Glendale PD: Man uses hidden cameras to record ex-girlfriend and roommates

GLENDALE, AZ — A man was arrested after being accused of using hidden cameras to record his ex-girlfriend and her roommates in their private bathroom.

Glendale police report that Tuesday afternoon, they arrested 32-year -old Justin Wade Harwood near 91st Avenue and Union Hills Drive.

Court records show that after a domestic violence incident, Harwood's ex-girlfriend went through his belongings and reportedly found videos of herself and her adult female roommates.

The videos reportedly show them showering and using the restroom.

Police say the victims also found "multiple files of females' names." Inside the files were videos allegedly taken from hidden cameras at homes where Harwood had previously lived.

Court documents show police have located seven victims so far.

Harwood is being held without bond since he was already on release from a previous felony at the time he was arrested.

He is facing nine counts of unlawful recording and other sex-related charges.
