Wanted: Jose Luis Alvarado-Piedra
Charges: Probation violation on original charges of attempted sexual conduct with a minor and sexual abuse.
It was March 6, 2015, when a woman caught then-20-year-old, Jose Luis Alvarado Piedra having sex with her daughter, who was under 15 at the time.
They were found in his parked car, at a park near the victim's home.
She had met Piedra at a boxing gym three days prior, and this was their second sexual encounter.
Piedra described their relationship as, "Romeo and Juliet."
He was given a suspended sentence and lifetime probation.
His probation started on August 22, 2016, but he failed to report in on January 17, 2018, and has been missing since.
Piedra is 23 years old, six feet tall, and weighs 200 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
