Charges: Probation violation for public sexual indecency
Francis Joseph Vigneri served 15 months in prison for exposing himself to two 11-year-old girls in 2003. Upon his release, Vigneri was given lifetime probation.
Vigneri failed to update his address with adult probation services when he moved and has been missing since January 2014.
Vigneri is 77-years-old and is 5 feet 6 inches and weighs about 125 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.
