PHOENIX — Some companies have current and prospective employees who search about drug testing more than others, including in Arizona, a new study found.

And, according to the study, if you're searching "does my company drug test," you possibly have something to hide.

Pittsburgh-based workforce screening company JDP did a study of more than 150 of America’s largest employers to find which companies had the most searches related to their drug policy. The metric “employees per search” means there’s at least one Google search per month per listed number of employees. Lower numbers mean more searches per employee.

Nationwide, grocer Aldi Inc. — which is considering a major rollout into the Phoenix-area market — came in as the business with the highest employee concern related to drug testing, with 13 employees per search.

The second-highest was Phoenix retailer PetSmart, with 42, and Oklahoma City-based drive-in chain Sonic Corp., with 46.
