Accumen Inc. has acquired Louisville, Kentucy-based 3DR Laboratories LLC.
Terms of the deal, which closed on Oct. 21, were not disclosed.
Accumen is a health care laboratory consulting and services company, while 3DR Laboratories offers radiological imaging post-processing services, according to an announcement.
In short, 3DR makes 3D images out of 2D radiological scans.
