PHOENIX — KB Home unveiled a concept home in Phoenix on Wednesday designed to showcase health-related products and technologies.
The Los Angeles-based company — the 12th largest homebuilder in the Valley — built the 2,014-square-foot model home near South Mountain, where Mayo Clinic scientists will research the impact of indoor environments on the health of occupants.
While Mayo Clinic scientists will begin studying those effects within the next year or so, homebuyers today can tour the home [my.matterport.com] to get a glimpse of these health-focused products and technologies, said Robert McGibney, Arizona division president for KB Home.
