DHL Express U.S. is hiring more than 200 customer service advisers in the Valley to prepare for the busy holiday season.
The shipping, tracking and courier delivery service provider, which has its Americas headquarters in Plantation, Florida, has one of its largest DHL facilities in Tempe off Rio Salado Parkway and Priest Drive with over 700 employees.
DHL Express is seeking 212 full-time, front-line customer service representatives to handle phone calls from customers, said Karla Fanelli, vice president of customer service for DHL Express U.S.
“We are looking for folks that have [one to three years] experience in customer service. It doesn’t necessarily have to be experience from a call center,” said Fanelli, who works out of the Tempe office.
