Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business is ranked in the top half of a new list from Forbes magazine that measures how graduates of 100 U.S. business schools fare when it comes to increasing their earnings.

Forbes reached out to 17,500 alumni around the globe to determine its 2019 ranking of the schools' full-time MBA programs.

The study compared graduates’ earnings during their first five years after getting their degree to determine a five-year MBA gain.

ASU's Carey School ranked 38th overall with a five-year MBA gain of $50,800. In its assessment of the Carey School, Forbes said its 2014 graduates now had an average salary of $100,000 and that 87% of the graduates were currently employed.
