The SRP is fully aware that there is a beaver living in one of their canals…. mmmkay?
The Salt River Project had to reassure people on Facebook this week after they started getting reports of the beaver.
Officials say they are aware of the animal and have already made sure it can climb in and out on its own. The SRP also reassured concerned citizens that they are working with the Arizona Game & Fish Department on the matter.
In the end, they say the animal is healthy and doing fine, so they’re asking people to just let it be.
