PHOENIX – After the groundbreaking discovery, Victoria the T. rex will make her world debut on November 17 at the Arizona Science Center.

The City of Phoenix and Arizona Science Center will host a public ceremony on November 7 to welcome Victoria as she completes her journey from Victoria, British Columbia, to Phoenix.

Discovered near Faith, South Dakota, and named after the British Columbia town in which she was restored, experts have called Victoria one of the most fascinating paleontological discoveries to date. Victoria’s skeleton is nearly 40 feet in length, and in her mounted pose, she stands approximately 12 feet tall.

Now, the world will have the opportunity to meet Victoria in an innovative exhibition tour, Victoria the T. rex, produced by IMG.  The largest T. rex skeleton currently traveling the globe, and the second most complete ever discovered Victoria is embarking on a five-year, multi-city museum tour that begins here in Phoenix, making her one of the few T. rex specimens widely available to the general public.

The exhibition of the 66-million-year-old dinosaur will run at the on Science Center until May 25, 2020.
