Major Hiring Campaign for Hundreds of Jobs at New Desert Diamond Casino West Valley

Desert Diamond Casino West Valley, located at 9431 W. Northern Ave near Glendale, is adding more than 1,300 new jobs in preparation for opening their expanded facility early next year. If you're interested in being a part of this exciting enterprise, there's no better time to apply.

The wide range of available positions includes food and beverage service, environmental services, slot technicians, blackjack and poker dealers, and many more. Desert Diamond Casino West Valley is offering competitive salaries and fantastic benefit packages that include paid time off, low-cost medical, dental and vision plans, and 401K match.

"Desert Diamond Casino is proud to offer a great work environment that encourages opportunities for building a rewarding career," said Treena Parvello, Director of Public Relations and Communications for the Tohono O'odham Gaming Enterprise. "And as an added bonus, West Valley residents can beat the traffic and stay close to home!"

Job listings and more information are available atwww.ddcaz.com/careers, on their Facebook page and at the "Careers at Desert Diamond Casinos" Facebook group. Desert Diamond is also participating in multiple career fairs around the Valley, with details on their website. As with any casino job, applicants will need to undergo a background check.

Desert Diamond Casino opened its interim facility on Northern Avenue just east of the 101 in 2015 and currently employs over 700 people. When the new, full-scale casino opens in early 2020, it will be one of the largest employers in the region. The expanded facility will offer the largest gaming floor in Arizona with slots, poker, blackjack, and live bingo, as well as five dining venues, VIP lounge, covered parking and more.

One thing that sets Desert Diamond Casino apart from other businesses in the West Valley is the fact that it is an enterprise of the Tohono O'odham Nation. Revenues generated by the casino don't go to distant shareholders, they stay here in Arizona to fund vital programs and services on the Nation, and also support community organizations in the Valley and across the state. Working at the casino makes a difference that goes far outside the facility grounds.

With so many job openings, great benefits, and a supportive environment, Desert Diamond Casino should be at the top of the list for anyone looking to start a new career in the West Valley.
