My name is Terry Elaine Biers. I have been a dog and cat groomer for 29 years. I have owned my own business for 14 years, with the concept of caring for your fur baby in a safe, happy and loving environment.
I believe in grooming appointments, not walk-ins to ensure grooming is done in a timely manner. I work with my customer's schedules. I treat my customers as an extension of my family, their concerns are my concerns.
My employees have been with me for many, many years and share my same thoughts and ideas. I am looking to expand into boarding this year and some other surprises!!
