During big TV nights, Twitter is a huge tool to join in on the conversation.
Per usual, there's usually one (although you can usually count on more) tweet from a major company that messes up and causes a stir.
On Oscar night, it was Total Beauty.
The tweet has since been taken down, but according to multiple reports, the company mistook Whoopi Goldberg to be Oprah.

To no one's surprise, people were not happy about it.
The company was forced to issue an apology.
We’d like to apologize to Oprah and Whoopi, as well as everyone we’ve offended. It was our error, and there are no excuses. We’re sorry.
