The Phoenix restaurant where you can order your guacamole with grasshoppers or Pop Rocks

How adventurous is your guacamole?

A pinch of salt. A squeeze of lime. A toss of onion, tomato...and, perhaps a few grasshoppers.

Wait a minute - grasshoppers? Technically they're called Chapulines and can be found in some parts of Mexican cuisine.

There's at least one Mexican restaurant in Phoenix with Chapulines on the menu.

Casa Anejo, off Phoenix's 7th Street, lets guests design their own guacamole. The paper looks like a Bingo card, but instead of numbers, you'll find toppings -- some traditional and others a little more exotic. You get one of the paint dabbers, too.

Chapulines. Black beans. Pomegranate seeds. Roasted corn. Pop Rocks. Bacon. Pineapple. Smoked salmon.

Watch the video in the player above for an inside look at some guacamole being made.

Each topping has an individual cost between $0.50 - $2.00.
