Gilbert's 'Fluff It Marshmallows' changes name to 'Toasted Mallow'

"Fluff It Marshmallows'" in Gilbert has changed its name to "Toasted Mallow."

The dessert shop serves gourmet, handcrafted s'mores, flavored marshmallow squares, pies and cookies.

In a blog post, owners Tricia Arce and Hazel said the updated name will help with branding and "better expresses and showcases what we do best and why people love coming to see us."

The post also reassured customers that there has been no change in ownership, management or products.

"We'll continue providing the same amazing gourmet products and great customer service on which we have built this business on," the owners wrote in the post.

In 2016, the dessert shop gained national attention after being featured by Insider.
