Unfortunately, not all restaurants make it. Though, we wish they all did!
Here is a look at the restaurants that closed their doors around the Valley in April.

Stacy's Pampered Pig - the local barbecue restaurant announced its closing via Facebook on April 6.
Vintage 95 Wine Lounge - the downtown Chandler restaurant closed its doors on April 23. The space will be renovated for a new restaurant and bar called Equal Parts. That project is being led by Julian Wright of Pedal Haus Brewery and Jib Bob and Kelsey Strothers of Worth Takeway.
Mexx32 Tacos & Tequileria - Restauranteur Lenny Rosenberg closed Mexx32 to sell the space to Valley restaurateur Bobby Sikora who plans to open a third location of Bobby Q's BBQ.
5th and Wine - The Scottsdale wine bar quietly closed its doors in April. A short note was posted on the bar's website. It bar was also hit with a discrimination lawsuit from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
The Herb Box - In April., The Herb Box closed its location at The Colony, a mixed-use space in central Phoenix. It's two other locations in Scottsdale remain open.
Rania's Kabob Grill - The Gilbert Middle Eastern restaurant posted on Facebook that it sold its restaurant. According to that post, they are opening a burger concept called B2 Burgers & Brews in Chandler.
Ted's Hot Dogs - This is a temporary closure. The Tempe hot dog eatery is undergoing $300,000 in renovations to update its dining room, patio, kitchen and add digital menu boards. It is slated to re-open July 1.
Delice Bistro - It is not clear when the Tempe European bakery closed its doors, but the place has been gutted. A note on its websiteindicates it closed for remodeling. However, a notice on the door says it was repossessed by the property owner for "tenant's failure to pay rent."
