The Arizona Diamondbacks have come out with a new treat just in time for National Ice Cream Day (Sunday, by the way).

It is called the "Triple Play Sundae" and has more calories than the average person should consume in one day.

Below are five things to know about the latest treat to hit Chase Field concession stands:

(Spoiler: if you have an intolerance to dairy, this is not for you. Sorry.)

1. Don't look at the calories

Another spoiler: This will not help your weight loss diet goals, but let's be honest, you're not going to order it because you thought it was healthy.

The Triple Play Sundae clocks in at 3,540 calories.

That's roughly the equivalent to downing 6 1/2 McDonald's Big Mac sandwiches or 21 Little Caesar Hot N Ready Pepperoni pizzas.

According to the Mayo Clinic, a 26-year-old male should consume between 2,050 and 2,850 calories a day.

Still, the D-backs Churro Dog ($8.50), which is made up of a cinnamon churro wrapped in a long john chocolate-glazed donut, only clocks in at 1,117 calories. Pocket change by comparison.

2. It's made with the good stuff

Let's deconstruct the Triple Play Sundae. It's made up of three Love It-size Cold Stone creations: the Birthday Cake Remix, Strawberries in the Outfield and Chocolate Devotion. It is then topped with two brownies, two waffles, whipped topping and served in a souvenir helmet.

Birthday Cake Remix - cake batter ice cream, brownie, rainbow sprinkles, fudge
Strawberries in the Outfield - strawberry ice cream, gram cracker pie crust, whipped topping, caramel
Chocolate Devotion - chocolate ice cream, brownie, chocolate chips, fudge

3. How much does it weigh?

With all those ingredients, the Triple Play Sundae taps out at over two pounds, which includes the weight of the helmet.

4. How much does it cost?

This triple threat costs $25.

By comparison, the D-Bat dog costs $25 and the Churro Dog costs $8.50.

5. So, where can you get one?

The Triple Play Sundae will be sold through the remainder of the 2016 season only at the Cold Stone Creamery locations within Chase Field (sections 112 and 321).
