Police have arrested three people connected to two bar robberies in Phoenix.

According to Phoenix police, three suspects allegedly robbed two bars back to back on the night of September 27.

Police say they reported first to Pat O’s Bunkhouse Saloon near 7th and Turney avenues after two people said they were robbed in the parking lot. Soon after, they responded to a similar incident at Los Diablo’s near Indian School Road and 12th Street.

Surveillance video obtained from the two locations were able to assist detectives in making arrests, police say.

Police arrested 20-year-old Giovanna Leon and 18-year-old Andrew Sainz. The third suspect is a fifteen-year-old male.

All involved are being charged with armed robbery, kidnapping, and aggravated assault.
