A Valley man and woman were convicted this week to a combined 110 counts in connection to at least 16 home burglaries in 2012.

Gary Eisenmann, 47, was convicted of 86 felony counts ranging from burglary to discharging a firearm. His accomplice, 54-year-old Dana Yrastorza, was convicted of 24 counts including assisting a criminal syndicate and identity theft.

"This was a tremendous case built through partnerships with law enforcement at a local and federal level," said Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery. "These convictions are proof of the outstanding work done by all."

Police said Eisenmann would use a handgun to shoot out home windows in an effort to make access inside.

Eventually Eisenmann was identified and a search warrant was done on his home. Guns, jewelry and televisions were found in his home and a warehouse he had access to. Yrastorza was identified as an accomplice in surveillance video using stolen credit cards from the home burglaries.

Sentencing for Eisenmann and Yrastorza is set for January 27, 2017.
